2. Shipping Areas

We currently ship within Canada.
If international shipping becomes available, it will be clearly updated on our website.


3. Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and courier service.

  • Standard delivery time: 2–7 business days (within Canada)
  • Remote areas may take longer

Please note that delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or customs (if applicable) are outside our control.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
  • Any free shipping promotions will be clearly mentioned on the website when active.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if provided at checkout). You can use this to track your delivery in real time.


6. Delivery Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
  • Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping provider.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video evidence.
  • If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
